High Protein Low Carb Mocha Cheesecake

Keto-Friendly, No refined sugar, No seed oils

A healthy snack or dessert that won’t give you sugar spikes. It has natural sweeteners that came from bananas and monk fruit.


Makes about 6 servings

Serving size : 3 oz

179 calories per serving

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 1/2 scoops of Truvani Protein+Energy powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • handful of walnuts
  • handful of pecans
  • handful of pistachios
  • Mix all wet ingredients together. Blend cottage cheese and yogurt to create a smooth consistency.
  • Mix all dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture.
  • Oil baking pan with avocado oil.
  • Chop the walnuts, pecans, and pistachios and place them as the topping.
  • Bake in 360 degrees F for 50-55 minutes.
  • After you took out from the oven, let it rest for 15-29 minutes.
