- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3 1/2 scoops of Truvani Protein+Energy powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- handful of walnuts
- handful of pecans
- handful of pistachios
- Mix all wet ingredients together. Blend cottage cheese and yogurt to create a smooth consistency.
- Mix all dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture.
- Oil baking pan with avocado oil.
- Chop the walnuts, pecans, and pistachios and place them as the topping.
- Bake in 360 degrees F for 50-55 minutes.
- After you took out from the oven, let it rest for 15-29 minutes.
